I have been working for Sage Surfaces since October 2019. From day one, I have witnessed how the leadership is deeply committed to their team members and invests in them accordingly. Every employee is valued for what they bring to the team, but also positively challenged and stretched to grow in areas that may be outside of their comfort zone. I love the fast pace and also that the organization is small enough that everyone knows and appreciates one another, much like a family.

Working at Sage Surfaces feels like a small family company with the ability to communicate easily with anyone as if we’ve known each other for years. But it’s much more than what you may expect from a small company, they have big corporation goals and aspirations! I have only been with this company for 4 years and the amount of growth in those years is outstanding! They know how to take care of their employees. They make sure each person is valued and has a voice in contributing to the company’s and individual’s goals. Good company is hard to come by, I’m thankful to be a part of it.

Working for Sage Surfaces has truly been a great experience. Everyday there is a chance to learn new things and to be part of an amazing team. Everyone is willing to help when needed and have truly become what I would call my extended family.
