Our Marketing team develops customized collateral, campaigns, and training tools designed to fit the unique needs of each of our partners.

Product

Our Product team works closely with global suppliers and our distribution network to bring exclusive, trend-forward products to market—at the right price and volume. We manage supplier relationships with care, ensuring we deliver quality materials that meet the needs of each partner’s assortment strategy while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Sales

Our Sales team is nationally embedded within our accounts and installer networks. We don’t just sell—we support. From on-site development to trade relationship management, we work hand-in-hand to ensure our programs are successful, expectations are aligned, and every job gets done right.

Customer Support

Our Customer Support team bridges the gap between trades and accounts. We handle everything from order updates to resolution management—always with the goal of protecting relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from measure to install. We’re not a call center—we’re a construction concierge.

National Accounts

Our National Accounts team leads high-level relationships with merchants, aligning business goals, launch strategies, and ongoing performance. We advocate for our partners internally and Externally— ensuring that program needs, growth opportunities, and market shifts are reflected across every level of execution.

Business Development

Our Business Development team is constantly seeking new ways to grow— whether it’s expanding into new markets or building complementary services that enhance our offerings. Every opportunity we pursue is rooted in long-term relationship value and mutual growth.
